SMA 2007 Meeting

The SMA will hold its 2007 meeting Wednesday November 7th through Saturday November 10th in Nashville, TN, at the Sheraton Nashville Downtown. This will be our first visit to the Music City and we are expecting a great program and a great turnout. The Sheraton Nashville is a AAA three-diamond hotel, in the heart of Nashville’s vibrant downtown and we have been offered the great rate of $109.00 per night.
The call for papers is available on the SMA website at http://www.southernmanagement.org/meetings/2007/. Please note that the deadline for submission is April 13th 2007. All submissions should be made through the online submission system, which will open February 15th 2007.

You can also use the online system to sign up to be a reviewer. To help insure a quality conference, we need good reviewers. When doing this you can also express interest in serving as a discussant or session chair. These roles are crucial to a successful meeting so please register to help.
The SMA continues to grow and this meeting promises to be one of our best yet. So please make plans now to attend. Moreover, make plans to submit your work, to serve as a reviewer, session chair, or discussant, and to become more involved with the SMA.
